Sergeant at Arms/Changing of the Guard

The function of the sergeant-at-arms is to help maintain an orderly, dignified, and effective Rotary club meeting, one that will make the right kind of impression on club visitors and guests. The Lansing Rotary club committee also takes the opposite view of this duty at the transition of Club Presidents at the end of June by offering a "roast" of the current President.
