Nomination

The immediate Past President, not later than the October Board meeting, shall appoint a Nominating Committee composed of nine members which shall be the President, President-Elect, Secretary, two non-officer board members and four Past Presidents in descending order beginning with the Immediate Past President. He/She will also chair the Nominating Committee, and in that person's absence, the chair shall be the next most recent serving Past President.
